Dysport Hawaii-Dysport treatment Honolulu
What is Dysport?
Dysport is an injectable form of botulinum toxin Type A. Botulinum toxin blocks the signal from the nerve to the muscles, causing a temporary reduction in muscle activity.
How does Dysport work?
Over time, the muscles above and between our eyebrows repeatedly contract and tighten, causing wrinkles to form. With just 1 injection into each of 5 points between and over the eyebrows, Dysport blocks the signal from the nerve to the muscles. This results in a reduction of muscle activity and temporarily prevents contraction of the muscles that cause frown lines.
